“As we all know these last few months have been extremely difficult and have affected people throughout the world.
Clearly, we have been unable to run any workshops or regular sessions. However, we have and continue to run laughter and mindfulness meditation sessions. There is a weekly laughter session and one evening and one daytime mindful meditation session. All these sessions are free as we at laughter and life are very conscious of the difficult circumstances people are in and want to support people’s self-care and wellbeing.

We have also been attending training and online retreats and recently contributing to a book ” Mindfulness for Challenging Times” This is a collection of voices for peace, self-care and connections. This book is a unique collaboration between Shamash Alidina, author and world-renowned mindfulness teacher together with the teach mindfulness community. The book will be available on Amazon from the 16th May.”
