Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned meditator – this meditation group offers a supportive environment to practice meditation regularly in an informal, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The session gives you the opportunity to sit in stillness, in quiet, to reconnect with your body and breath and calm your mind.

There is much research supporting the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, among them:

At our Meditation groups we practice Mindfulness Meditation. Groups are informal and relaxed and all meditations are led by us. There is also time for discussion during the sessions. Laughter and Life also run 1:1 mindfulness sessions.
