June was a busy month, as well as running our regular sessions we delivered some private bookings ( online) which were well received. We have also been attending training workshops in various aspects of mindfulness, happiness and general wellbeing. Like my Laughter Yoga colleagues throughout the world, we have no plans to start running indoor sessions. Likewise with Meditation, with venues remaining closed, social distancing and other Covid restrictions we are still continuing to run our meditation and laughter sessions online during July and August. All sessions are free. We are looking at the possibilities of running training courses and workshops online in the Autumn.
