We continue to live in difficult times, our laughter and mindfulness sessions continue to run online. We host a weekly laughter session and one evening and one daytime mindful meditation session. All these sessions are free as we at laughter and life are very conscious of the difficult circumstances people are in and want to support people’s self-care and wellbeing.

During May and for the foreseeable future we have been delighted to work with ELFT as part of their online Recovery College programme.
May saw the publication for the book that we co-authored; “Mindfulness for Challenging Times” This is a collection of voices for peace, self-care and connections. This book is a unique collaboration between Shamash Alidina, author and world-renowned mindfulness teacher together with the teach mindfulness community. The book is available on Amazon at:
Really looking forward to participating in International Yoga day on Sunday 21st June which of course will be online “Yoga at Home”.
We are running two Laughter Yoga sessions; one seated for those who find it difficult to stand or prefer to do seated exercise and the other session will be suitable for all the family to join in and will involve more movement
