As 2021 coms to an end, it is naturally a time for reflection and also looking forward to the year ahead
This past year has been a mixed one, the majority of our sessions have been online, which has it challenges as it’s not for everyone but has given others the opportunity to try something new from the comfort of their own home.
We have enjoyed the small number of physical activities we have run and participated in within Covid guidelines and hope that this will increase next year.
Laughter and Mindfulness really help our physical and mental wellbeing both of which have been difficult for many as Covid continues
This month we have been running extra laughter sessions which have been great fun and feedback has been really positive.
As we write this it is uncertain what the New Year will bring restriction wise but our regular sessions will continue on Zoom and we are looking forward to running a session with the Samaritans on “Blue” Monday in January.
January also sees the start of our What makes us Happy workshops for ELFT which we are really looking forward.
We will also be preparing for running a Hardwiring for Happiness workshop and short course on How to have a Calmer, Happier Life at the Retirement Centre.
With good wishes for the festive season and 2022.
